I am confused by the wording on question 2 of Lab 0. Can someone explain what is meant by this question?

I initially thought it was related to the unit.
But, the unit seems to be the same. ("1" = a person)

Now, I think it simply asks about the difference between
the numbers of boys and girls of "present" data and
those of "Arbuthnot" data "in general".

Are there any other potential interpretations?

I thought of it as the dimensions being compared, like how the data sets where in relation to eachother

I see the ambiguity in Q2.
Let me exclude this one when I grade the papers.
