For #2 part (1) and (2),
note the seven random variables are in fact a random sample.
This means every random variable has the same mean, mu, and variance, sigma^2.
With this information, you can check unbiasedness in (1) and calculate variance in (2).

You don't have to use the integrattions to get the mean and the variance.
It suffices to identify the density and use the formula sheet to find out those.
